Job Description

We are seeking finance professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance to contribute to high impact projects at the intersection of finance and AI. This role is designed for professionals who can translate institutional expertise into structured, high quality outputs, including investment analysis, financial modeling, executive ready deliverables, and market insights, directly supporting critical decision making and improving system performance

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Structured Finance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, or credit underwriting
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial reasoning clearly and precisely
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights
  • Availability to work as an independent contractor

Preferred

  • Experience supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Prior experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or structured content creation
  • Previous experience with remote or cross-border collaboration
