What you'll actually do
Build & Review Financial Models
Build or review financial models to the standard expected on the desk including LBO, DCF, three-statement, and M&A. Your work teaches AI systems how experienced finance professionals actually build and stress-test models
Write Expert Q&A and Scenarios
Design domain-specific questions and worked solutions that test the limits of financial AI reasoning. This is the content that moves models from surface-level fluency to expert-grade judgment
Evaluate AI-Generated Financial Outputs
Review and score AI produced analyses and recommendations against institutional standards. Your evaluations provide the quality signal that drives model improvement
Annotate & Label Financial Documents
Classify and enrich financial documents including credit agreements, information memoranda, and earnings transcripts with structured expert annotations
Rate and Compare AI Reasoning
Compare competing outputs side by side and assess which better reflects how a senior finance professional would approach a given problem

Who qualifies
Required
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Structured Finance
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, or credit underwriting
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial reasoning clearly and precisely
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights
- Availability to work as an independent contractor
Preferred
- Experience supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Prior experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or structured content creation
- Previous experience with remote or cross-border collaboration
